The GP Access call centre operates Monday to Friday 5:30pm to 8:00am the next day, Saturday 11:30am through to Monday 8:00am and on Public Holidays from 5:30pm the day prior until 8:00am the next business day. The call centre will provide telephone advice and refer you to the most appropriate service for your needs.
Our doctors are active participants in staffing the GP Access clinic at both The Maitland Hospital and John Hunter Hospital, and close communication occurs between the clinic and our practice to ensure your care is effectively continued following your after hours consultation.
